Bhavdeep Bhatt is a veteran in the asset management industry with over 25 years of experience across Products, Business Development, AIF and has holistic distribution experience having managed both retail and institutional channels. He started his asset management journey began with Kotak Mahindra AMC in 2001, after which he was associated with ICICI Prudential AMC – Head New Product Development and Communications and finally with Aditya Birla AMC as Head of Alternate and PMS Business before joining Northern Arc Investments.

Bhavdeep holds an MBA degree from Bhvanagar University, Gujarat.

Saurabh Agrawal serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Northern Arc Investments, bringing over 16 years of extensive experience in credit investing and risk management. His journey with the Northern Arc Group began in 2018, where he played a pivotal role in building the Mid Market Corporate Lending business at Northern Arc Capital. Prior to his joining Northern Arc Group, Saurabh’s career spanned across commercial banks like YES Bank and RBL, where he held key roles in Corporate Banking, Infrastructure & Project Finance (specifically in the Power Sector), and Financial Institutions.

A rank holder Chartered Accountant with an All India Rank across all levels of the examination, Saurabh’s expertise extends to the financial industry with a comprehensive understanding of complex financial instruments and strategies. Additionally, he has successfully cleared all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam, further demonstrating his in-depth knowledge and commitment to the field. He completed his graduation in commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

In his role as Chief Investment Officer, Saurabh is responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment strategies, ensuring sound risk management practices, and driving the overall growth of the company’s investment portfolio.

Aayush joined Domestic Investor relations team at Northern Arc Investments in August 2022 and was earlier part of Northern Arc Capital’s Equity Investor relations team. His prior stints include working with Safire Capital Advisors, a boutique consulting firm, as an Investment banking analyst and internship in equity research with Ajcon Global services. In his pastime, he likes to indulge in outdoor sports and chess.

Aayush is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and a Chartered Accountant.

Abhishek is part of the Products team at Northern Arc Investments.

Abhishek has over 1.5 years of experience working as an intern in a reputed Company Secretary firm Rathi & Associates, where he would lead secretarial audit of a few companies some of which being prominent names like Deutsche Bank, GMM Pfaudler, Aegon Life Insurance Company etc.

Abhishek is Company Secretaries of India finalist and holds an MBA degree and B.Com degree.

Deepak is Director and Head – Onshore Investor Relations at Northern Arc Investments.

Deepak has over 17 years of experience in sales, relationship management and channel management roles with leading players in the Indian financial services industry such as Tata Asset Management and Religare Asset Management (now Invesco AMC). Deepak has experience in fund-raising across equity, debt and hybrid investment products, from a wide set of investor classes including financial institutions, family offices, UHNIs & trusts.

Deepak holds a post graduate degree in Business Management from the University of Mumbai.

Faizan is part of the Investments team at Northern Arc Investment Managers.

Faizan has over 3 years of experience during his Industrial Training and Articleship, prior to NAIM he worked as an analyst in Edelweiss Alternatives working in Fund management and Operations team for the Infrastructure Fund and an article from Grant Thornton where he has worked on Statutory Audits and Limited Reviews of various private and public entities like Nazara Technologies, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd to name a few.

Faizan Sayyed is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has completed is Graduation from Mumbai University.

An institutional business development professional, Himanshu carries 7+ years of experience within Capital markets & Insurance.

He has worked with global organizations for numerous strategic clients in banking, asset management & foreign portfolio investors.

Himanshu is pivotal in independently raising debt capital for various companies. He is responsible for fund raising & Investor relations at Northern Arc Investments.

Himanshu is member of CII (UK), a management graduate of IIM Indore & a mechanical engineer.

Khurshed is part of the Investments team at Northern Arc Investment Managers.

Khurshed has over 5 years of experience in the financial services space. Prior to NAIM, he was part of the Capital Markets team at GetVantage Tech in the FinTech lending domain, funding start-ups and SMEs. He was involved in deal making, fundraising, and managing strategic partnerships with lenders and other ecosystem players. Earlier, he was part of the Investments team in an AIF CAT III fund, Stelios Asset Management, investing in the Indian and GCC public equity markets.

Khurshed has graduated from the London School of Economics with a B. Sc. Banking & Finance and completed his A Levels from Cambridge University.

Mohit is part of the Investments team at Northern Arc Investments and focuses on the Microfinance, Agri-business and Corporate Finance sectors.

Prior to joining Northern Arc, Mohit worked as a credit analyst at ICRA Limited. He was a part of the financial sector coverage team where he was involved in the credit assessment of companies in the BFSI domain, including Banks, NBFCs and Insurance Companies. Mohit also had a brief stint with CLP India, the Indian arm of a leading global energy conglomerate, prior to his MBA.

Mohit holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surat; and MBA in Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai; and is also a certified FRM professional.

Piyush is part of the Investments team at Northern Arc Investments and focuses on active management of Northern Arc’s investment portfolio.

Prior to Northern Arc Investments, Piyush was part of the debt capital markets team at Northern Arc Capital, where he oversaw the primary placement of various fixed income securities and structured products across all sectors that Northern Arc operates in, as well as secondary trading in liquid and credit bonds. Piyush has strong knowledge of various structured products including credit enhanced bonds, pass through certificates, guarantee backed loans and NCDs and pooled loan/bond issuances. Prior to joining Northern Arc, Piyush has had stints with Taurus Corporate Advisory Services and JP Morgan.

Piyush holds a post graduate degree in Banking from the Madurai Kamraj University and an MBA degree from Tilak Maharashtra University, Pune.

Sheetal is part of the Investor Relations team-Offshore at Northern Arc Investments.

Sheetal has ~10 years of diverse experience across fundraising, investor relations and consulting roles. Prior to joining Northern Arc Investments, Sheetal has worked extensively on varied developmental focus areas ranging from social housing in India to channelizing funding to financial institutions in low and middle income countries.  In these capacities, she has interacted extensively with both domestic and offshore institutional investors such as DFIs, impact funds, global banks and prominent family offices.

Sheetal is a university rank holder and has graduated with an MBA from the University of Madras.

Shubham is part of the Investment team at Northern Arc Investments and covers invest opportunities for Mid Market segment.

Prior to joining Northern Arc Investments he has worked with Northern Arc Capital (Mid Market- Credit Risk & Monitoring). Shubham has also worked with Allahabad Bank overseeing Retail Banking products and operations.

He has done his graduation from University of Lucknow and MBA from IIM Lucknow.

Nitin  has more than 10 years of experience across Sales, Business Development and Products. Previously he was associated with White Oak Capital Management to build their distribution network. Further from 2015 to 2020, he held various positions at Motilal Oswal AMC, across Sales, Products & Business Development.

Nitin holds an M.B.A. degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology in Noida. He has also completed his CFA level 2 degree.

Mayank is an experienced equity investment professional with a strong track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Mayank has experience across Indian equity, debt and project finance markets over 8 years with organisations such as ICICI Prudential AMC, Nippon AMC and L&T Finance. With a keen eye for financial analysis and a strategic approach to investments, Mayank has built a reputation for delivering sustainable results. Outside of work, Mayank enjoys staying active through badminton and snooker, both of which provide a perfect balance of physical activity and mental sharpness. Passionate about both the markets and sports, Mayank approaches challenges with a disciplined mind-set and a competitive spirit. Mayank is a post graduate from SIIB, Pune and a graduate from SPA Delhi.

Prabhakar has over 17 years of experience in Investment support / Fund operations in International Financial Centres – GIFT -IFSC, Mauritius, Cayman Islands, and Ireland. He has been associated with Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC for over 14 years. He has extensive experience managing operations, compliance, regulatory related activities including KYC and AML, designing policy/procedures, etc. at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC (Mauritius) Ltd.

Prior to that, he worked at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd., Mumbai, where he managed portfolio management services operations, MIS reporting, audit, etc. He was also associated with HDFC Bank Limited where he was responsible for Custody & Depository Services – PMS which included Bank and Demat Accounts, KYC, Customer Complaints, Reporting, etc.

He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce, is a qualified certified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is also certified Cost and Works Accountant from Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India.

Asset Management Services Operations, Sachin Jadhav has experience in Operations of Asset Management Services & Portfolio Investment Scheme over 17 years with organizations such as ENAM Asset Management Company, Karvy Capital and G P Kapadia & Co. Sachin has expertise across Daily processing activities, Trades, Bank and Stock reconciliations, Closure process, SEBI and APMI reporting and handling FII trades. At Northern Arc Capital, Sachin assists and monitors PMS and AIF related activities which includes client onboarding, Trade settlement, reporting (regulatory and internal). Sachin is a strong believer in the adoption of technologies such as software development and process automation. Sachin has handled software’s like Wealth Spectrum and Miles. Sachin also has advanced knowledge in Excel. Sachin is a graduate from Mumbai university.
