Bhavdeep Bhatt is a veteran in the asset management industry with over 25 years of experience across Products, Business Development, AIF and has holistic distribution experience having managed both retail and institutional channels. He started his asset management journey began with Kotak Mahindra AMC in 2001, after which he was associated with ICICI Prudential AMC – Head New Product Development and Communications and finally with Aditya Birla AMC as Head of Alternate and PMS Business before joining Northern Arc Investments.

Bhavdeep holds an MBA degree from Bhvanagar University, Gujarat.

Indranil brings over 20 years of experience in Corporate & Structured Finance across banks, NBFCs, and private credit funds. His expertise spans origination, structuring, underwriting, portfolio management, and relationship development.

Bheesham brings with him over 19 years of experience in the investment space, with deep expertise in the sales and distribution of Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). He has a strong track record in institutional sales, having successfully advised corporate treasuries, family offices, retiral funds, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) on optimizing their investment portfolios.

Prior to joining Northern Arc Investment Managers, Bheesham served as Head of Sales – Alternate Assets at Aditya Birla AMC. In this role, he led the distribution of AIF and PMS offerings across multiple asset classes including domestic and international equity, fixed income, real estate, and GIFT City products.

Farzana is a Chartered Accountant, an LLB from Government Law College, and a Bachelor of Commerce from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics.

She joined Northern Arc in 2019 and has been leading the Offshore Debt Capital Markets team since June 2020. In this role, she manages relationships with over 80 global investors, including DFIs, FPIs, MIVs, and foreign banks.

At Northern Arc, Farzana has a strong track record, having successfully closed over 100 debt transactions aggregating to over USD 1 billion.

She has played a key role in several strategic initiatives, including fundraising for Northern Arc Investment Managers, supporting Northern Arc’s IPO, strengthening the company’s balance sheet with high-pedigree offshore investors and driving other strategic priorities for the group.

Before joining Northern Arc, she was part of a boutique private equity fund called Access Asset Managers. Earlier in her career, she worked in the transaction advisory practice at Ernst & Young and in the statutory audit team at Deloitte.

Prabhakar Poojary has over 17 years of experience in Investment support / Fund operations in International Financial Centres – GIFT -IFSC, Mauritius, Cayman Islands, and Ireland. He has been associated with Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC for over 14 years. He has extensive experience managing operations, compliance, regulatory related activities including KYC and AML, designing policy/procedures, etc. at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC (Mauritius) Ltd.

Prior to that, he worked at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd., Mumbai, where he managed portfolio management services operations, MIS reporting, audit, etc. He was also associated with HDFC Bank Limited where he was responsible for Custody & Depository Services – PMS which included Bank and Demat Accounts, KYC, Customer Complaints, Reporting, etc.

He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce, is a qualified certified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is also certified Cost and Works Accountant from Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India.

More than 24 years of experience in global and domestic fixed income markets. Specializes in portfolio management, treasury operations, and risk optimization across asset classes.
Has held leadership positions at Cinnamon Wealth, SBM Bank, Trust Capital, L&T Financial Services, PGIM India, Deutsche Mutual Fund, and ICICI Bank.

Archana Rangarajan brings a decade of experience in the areas of direct lending to companies across financial services, fintech, renewable energy and sustainable agriculture at Northern Arc Capital, and transaction advisory in the mid to large corporate segment from Ernst & Young and Deloitte. She manages a portfolio of over USD 225M comprising NBFCs and mid-market corporate credit and has owned structured debt transactions from origination to execution, defined product strategies, optimized risk exposures, monitored market trends, and manages valuable stakeholder relationships. She has demonstrated strong deal judgement and risk management expertise to arrive at outcomes and deliver strong returns. She is a Chartered Accountant and a NISM Series XIX-C-certified AIF Manager.

Anupam brings with him over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining us, he was associated with Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Ltd (KAAML), where he headed Business Development for Channel Partners for Alternate Strategies.

Throughout his career, Anupam has handled key roles in sales and strategic alliances across leading institutions including UTI Mutual Fund and Karvy Capital Limited, gaining extensive expertise in building partnerships and driving growth across banking, NBFC, and mutual fund segments.

Dhiraj Gupta is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with over eleven years of professional experience, including more than nine years of demonstrated expertise in Company Secretarial and Compliance functions. Throughout his career, he has held key positions at reputed organizations such as Ladderup Group, Kalpataru Group, Svatantra Microfin Pvt Ltd, and Victoria Mills Ltd.

Academically, Dhiraj holds degrees in Company Secretary (CS), Law (LLB), and Commerce (B.Com), equipping him with a solid foundation in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. His core competencies include compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, and various sector-specific regulatory frameworks such as NBFC, AIF, PMS, and RERA.

Mayank is an experienced equity investment professional with a strong track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Mayank has experience across Indian equity, debt and project finance markets over 8 years with organisations such as ICICI Prudential AMC, Nippon AMC and L&T Finance. With a keen eye for financial analysis and a strategic approach to investments, Mayank has built a reputation for delivering sustainable results. Outside of work, Mayank enjoys staying active through badminton and snooker, both of which provide a perfect balance of physical activity and mental sharpness. Passionate about both the markets and sports, Mayank approaches challenges with a disciplined mind-set and a competitive spirit. Mayank is a post graduate from SIIB, Pune and a graduate from SPA Delhi.

Shubham is part of the Investment team at Northern Arc Investments and covers invest opportunities for Mid Market segment.

Prior to joining Northern Arc Investments he has worked with Northern Arc Capital (Mid Market- Credit Risk & Monitoring). Shubham has also worked with Allahabad Bank overseeing Retail Banking products and operations.

He has done his graduation from University of Lucknow and MBA from IIM Lucknow.

Anuja is part of the Domestic IR team at Northern Arc Investments managers.
She brings 7+ years of experience in fixed income market. Prior to this, Anuja was part of Private client group team at A K Capital Services Ltd, where she was involved in primary and secondary placements of bonds and other fixed income investment products and handled some crucial investor relations for the company.

Anuja has done her graduation in commerce from Narsee Monjee and MBA in finance from N L Dalmia institute of management studies and research.

Lakshmi is a seasoned financial markets professional with over 10 years of experience across Business Development, Supply Chain Finance, SaaS, Strategic Alliances, and Wealth Management.

Before joining Northern Arc, he held Senior roles at KredX, YES Bank, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank, where he led strategic alliances, Institutional partnerships and Portfolio management for HNIs, Family offices and advisory firms – consistently driving revenue growth and client expansion.
